How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer professional assembly services?

Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings together, you can select the 'Assemble My Board' option at checkout and our shop pros will build it for you at no extra cost.

What is your return policy for skate hardware?

We accept returns on unused and un-skated items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on decks that have been gripped or assembled.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Bluetile Skateboards ships to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and customs fees are calculated at checkout.

How do I know what size deck to order?

Deck size is largely preference, but generally, 7.5" - 8.0" is great for technical street skating, while 8.25" and up offers more stability for transition and bowls. Check our Size Guide for more details.
