At Bluetile Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and unassembled products in their original packaging. Please note that once a skateboard deck has been gripped or assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.
Verify Condition
Ensure all items are in brand-new, sellable condition with original tags attached and no signs of outdoor use or grip tape application.
Initiate Request
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original shipping box and send them back to the shop using a trackable shipping carrier of your choice.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days, minus any shipping costs.
